Supervising, in accordance with the law, is only half the story.  Unless the team is on your side and supporting you, they’re not going to do a good job!

So what makes a good team?  How do they evolve and interact, and how can you nudge this along in the right direction?  How can you motivate all those different personalities, so that they do what you need them to?  Why is that person so good at that skill and why is the correct question actually  “How is that person so good at that skill?”
