Mike Neumann - Managing Director
Mike started out in
the Civil Service working in benefits assessment before swiftly
escaping into the field of fraud prevention. Mike worked in various
parts of the Department of Health and Social Security, dealing with
fraud prevention and detection at local and national level.
Mike
has worked alongside a number of Police forces and central and local
government bodies, and spent a number of years as a surveillance
officer, specialising in surveillance photography. He spent two years
working with computers in investigation and even managed a Holmes
system for a while.
After leaving OFT Mike became a trainer,
leaving the Civil Service to found ITS Training in 1999. He is
increasingly called upon as a public speaker, covering such subjects as
law, psychology and communication.
