Jill Neumann - Operations Director and
Company Secretary
Jill came to ITS many moons ago following an interesting career in local government involving Housing Administration and visiting for the Benefits section (where she learned, amongst other things never to drink the tea). Prior to that she qualified and worked in social care, working with the elderly, adults with learning difficulties and children.
Now the Operations Director, she has an overall responsibility for the backroom stuff that makes thing run smoothly here - she takes bookings, organises the trainers, arranges for course materials to be sent and printed, and liaises with clients. Her most important duty though, so far as the staff are concerned, is paying the wages on time.
Jill is obsessed with shoes, although she is not very good at walking in heels, and loves live music, from opera through to Zac’s band Criminal. (She's the one at gigs, wearing fabulous shoes standing very, very still or walking exceptionally carefully...)
