Here’s where you can download the latest prints of the ITS design versions of MG forms for non-police agencies. They’re free to use but copyright remains with ITS so, if you want to share with another organisation, please ask them to visit this page and download their own copies.

Once you’ve downloaded a form (or the whole lot), you are free to make any changes you see fit but we suggest that you limit that to swapping your own logo for ours – there’s not much point in going for uniformity across the sctor if we then all start using different forms…

Of coure having the forms is one thing, using them in accordance with the National File Standard is another thing entirely. If you want some help in using the forms appropriately, we offer full training in assembling prosecution files to the National File Standard

The forms are supplied ‘as is’ – we do our best to check for spelling mistakes and to keep up to date but the forms come without warranty or guarantee.
