We provide certificates for our training as quickly as possible but this is not the same as immediately.

Certificates for attendance on a course (that is a course that does not have an assessment) will normally be dispatched within two weeks of the Monday following the course. At busy times dispatch might be as much as four weeks following the course.

Certificates for a course that is assessed will normally be dispatched within four weeks of the Monday following the course. At busy times dispatch might be as much as six weeks following the course.

Accredited Training Certificates can take up to three months to be dispatched. This is because we must undertake rigorous checking processes before we can call for a certificate, and are then reliant on the Awarding Body releasing  certificates to us.

Please note : If a client has overdue invoices, we will not release certificates until the client’s account is up to date.
